CORA Services is a Good Shepherd organization located in northeast Philadelphia. CORA’s mission is to assist youth, children, and families experiencing emotional, academic, and social challenges which impede their development and productivity. CORA provides this assistance throughout the greater Philadelphia area, serving over 18,000 children a year.
Position 1: DATA ENTRY & ANALYSIS
Input a large volume of service impact data and work with various administrative staff to review and evaluate data for service trends, impact on stated goals of individuals and programs involved and incorporate recommendations made into program design and implementation. After initial task completion, work may expand to larger Agency data collection and management projects across Divisions and Programs.
Position2: IT SUPPORT PERSON
Assist our Service Desk in responding to requests for assistance through CORA’s web-based ticketing system, logging, diagnosing, and remediating various end user support/help desk issues. Assist with workstation, VOIP phone, printer and mobile device maintenance and support, set up and manage user accounts for Active Directory, Office 365, phones and voice mail, and work with the IT team to document processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Good Shepherd Volunteers offers ongoing support and formation opportunities throughout the time of service. While GSV does offer a broad range of support, it is up to each volunteer to take the initiative to utilize these supports as fully as they wish. GSV provides each volunteer with housing, health insurance, a monthly living stipend, relocation reimbursement upon completion, retreats, workshops, site supervision, community support people, staff support, and spiritual direction (optional).
