Description

Maine Ending Hunger Corps is seeking two VISTA Leaders to support a talented and diverse cohort of VISTA service members doing innovative anti-hunger work across the beautiful state of Maine. VISTA Leader opportunities are open to members who have completed at least one year of full-time service with AmeriCorps or Peace Corps. You will join a small team at DACF with a directive to make a big impact under the umbrella of the state’s broader Ending Hunger by 2030 initiative. The goal of the VISTA Leaders is to provide service members with the support, resources, and training they need to have a positive experience, and to build amongst the cohort a thriving learning community that makes a deep community impact. With service members placements statewide, this position involves regular travel. EHC VISTA Leaders will be based out of Augusta, the capital city of Maine, located just off I-95 with easy access to Maine’s many natural wonders, and unique small cities & towns. Start date options: July 18 or August 15, 2022.

Living Allowance

$1150 - $1248 monthly
