I am currently taking time off from school to explore interests, develop professional connections, and give back to my community. I have had a strong urge to volunteer, conserve, and improve sustainability since I began my academic career. I hope to develop this interest and ultimately use my experiences to shape a career in wildlife conservation. It is my sincere hope that someday I will be able to use my experience in business logistics and my passion for nature to improve sustainability and also increase awareness of climate change in some of the world's major industrial supply chains. I firmly believe that an opportunity to serve in Americorps (partnered with a state or national conservation effort) will be a very valuable experience--both for my professional career as well as my personal development.
