The purpose of this position is to recruit and educate populations across North Carolina in activities to assist in making themselves and their communities more resilient to impending disasters. Special attention will be given to recruitment of diverse local groups throughout NC. Positions are based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Durham, Raleigh, and Wilmington.
