Disaster Relief Program ( All Hands and Heart)

Members will make complete, permanent, flood repairs so families affected by the disaster are able to return to their homes. Members will be provided with training in all skills necessary to serve in a disaster-recovery/construction context. Additionally, members will live communally with fellow members and volunteers on “base” and will be expected to contribute to a positive living environment, including meetings and daily chores.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Muck and Gut
Sanitation
Framing (interior walls and doors)
Hanging Drywall
Mud, Tape, Sanding
Other finish work (trim installation for windows and doors, painting, installing cabinets)
Attend morning meetings every Tuesday at 6:45 am.
Attend nightly meetings at 5:15 pm.
Deep clean every Saturday morning.
Daily base chores at least two times/week.
