Description
The Development VISTA will work closely with leadership in efforts to scale the Mentors in the Making program beyond the region by developing written and online resources for program design, implementation, and growth. The Development VISTA will research and identify opportunities, new coalitions, and makerspaces for program replication to serve students nationwide. S/he will also assist with recruit and support of mentees, mentors, and educators in the Pittsburgh program.
