POSITION SUMMARY: House Parents provide direct child-care and supervision to children in foster care in the Casa de Esperanza Neighborhood during a 12-month service year program. House Parents work collaboratively with other House Parents in the home to ensure that children’s physical, emotional, and mental needs are met.
