Description

C2C Members will develop, implement and expand K12 academic programs that increase attendance and student engagement through mentorship, family engagement, and service learning.

Our program focuses on low-income students, students of color, and students who are the first in their family to attend college (first generation students). C2C Members will work with supervisors, school district attendance teams and staff to create an environment at academic institutions that all students want to attend and are able to succeed.

Candidates with previous youth development experience and the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Bilingual and/or bi-cultural candidates highly encouraged to apply, especially Spanish speakers.
