Description

 Collaborate with school staff and administration to identify youth at a high risk for academic failure
 Case manage identified youth at a high-risk for academic failure, including tracking school attendance, behaviors, and grades.
 Recruit and retain case managed youth into Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis programs.
 Track students’ attendance and grades to provide support and follow through where needed. Implement the day-to-day program activities in accordance with established standards, goals, agendas, and lesson plans
 Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in programs and receive instruction and constructive feedback.
 Facilitate the Star Targeted tutoring programs and other academic support and approved programs.
 Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and development of members.
 Maintain positive internal and external relationships.
 Mentor assigned youth to achieve success.
 Provide direct supervision over an assigned group of youth during Club hours.
 Report all safety, incident, and worker's compensation issues within 24-hours to Assistant Site Director or Site Director and with appropriate documentation.
 Collect and record member and program data as required by funding sources.
