Collaborate with school staff and administration to identify youth at a high risk for academic failure
Case manage identified youth at a high-risk for academic failure, including tracking school attendance, behaviors, and grades.
Recruit and retain case managed youth into Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis programs.
Track students’ attendance and grades to provide support and follow through where needed. Implement the day-to-day program activities in accordance with established standards, goals, agendas, and lesson plans
Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in programs and receive instruction and constructive feedback.
Facilitate the Star Targeted tutoring programs and other academic support and approved programs.
Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and development of members.
Maintain positive internal and external relationships.
Mentor assigned youth to achieve success.
Provide direct supervision over an assigned group of youth during Club hours.
Report all safety, incident, and worker's compensation issues within 24-hours to Assistant Site Director or Site Director and with appropriate documentation.
