As a Scholar Coach, you’ll serve at a school with high academic needs and be embedded in a K-3 classroom. You’ll partner with a licensed teacher to promote scholastic engagement and help students become better readers. Every day, you’ll meet with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide extra practice and build skills.

With specialized training and on-site coaching, we’ll prepare you to help kids succeed. Students make the most progress when you are there, so Scholar Coaches serve eight hours a day, Monday-Friday and are needed for the whole school year. We are currently recruiting Scholar Coaches for the 2022-23 school year, and have options to begin in August, October or January.
