The Resource Coordinator (RC) will greet guests and ensure client information is entered and current in the agency’s customer management system (CMS). The RC will then assist people with appropriate referrals, both internally and externally, and track the referrals in the CMS.
The RC will provide and/or coordinate one-on-one and group information sessions/meetings, allowing guests and staff an opportunity to understand the resources available through Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council.
