Financial Literacy Coordinator

Description

The Financial Literacy Coordinator (FLC) will greet guests and ensure client information is entered and current in the agency’s customer management system (CMS). The FLC will then assist people with appropriate referrals, both internally and externally, and track the referrals in the CMS. The FLC will provide and/or coordinate with the Financial Literacy Program Manager to conduct Financial Literacy classes to interested community members, develop an on-line financial literacy program that can be extended to in-person classes, and provide client data reports to the Financial Literacy Program Manager. The Financial Literacy Coordinator will be in charge of establishing and implementing the Financial Literacy courses on-line, setting the ground work for all future Financial Literacy courses. The FLC will follow an outcome-tracking process to ensure follow-up with people, including obtaining the status of intended outcomes.
